PHOTOGRAPHED FOR CONCERTWORKS
Edmonton was given a hefty dose of pop-punk nostalgia on Wednesday night, as Good Charlotte threw down at Union Hall, bringing all of the twenty-something year olds in attendance back to the good old days, featuring acts Silverstein, Palaye Royal and Movements on their "Youth Authority" tour. The house was packed from floor to ceiling of folks both new and familiar to the likes of Good Charlotte's pop-punk take over; each smiling from ear to ear as both band and audience reminisced on the days of when Good Charlotte ruled the radio stations. Now introducing their new album "Youth Authority", Good Charlotte is storming stages once again, and doing a damn good job of it while reminding us all that they mean business, and that the energy of pop-punk is alive and well in the music world.
